Thin PVC sheeting coated one side with a rubber resin pressure sensitive adhesive. Supplied in rolls.
As an outerwrap for petrolatum tapes, providing outer mechanical protection and insulation from soil .

Non-hardening in cold weather
Good impact resistance
After Applying petrolatum tapes. Then, by hand application, wrap the PVC tape ,overlap 55%. Apply enough tension .
