6.How to control the quality of product?

Formulation and management of quality standards

Quality indicators are managed at three levels: enterprise, workshop and team.

The quality personnel in charge must go to the production workshop every day to analyze the nonconforming products and make records.
In case of sudden nonconforming products or other quality fluctuations, quality analysis shall be carried out at any time, timely report to the leaders of relevant departments, and effective measures shall be taken to stop the continuation or expansion of the accident.
Hold quality analysis meetings regularly and carry out quality analysis activities in combination with production conditions.

When a quality accident occurs in this process, it shall be reported to the workshop and relevant departments in time, effective measures shall be taken to stop the expansion of the accident, and the quality accident must be traced and analyzed to find out the causes and completely solve the problems.
Unqualified products caused by quality accidents shall be stacked separately from qualified products and handled properly.
According to the size of the accident, the person in charge of the accident can be educated, fined or even given administrative sanctions.
